- Inherent Characteristics: By purchasing natural stone, marble, travertine, slate, tile, or wood cabinetry, you acknowledge that natural materials possess inherent variations. Color, shade, tone, veining, crazing, surface texture, and pitting are natural features and not defects.
- Samples Disclaimer: Samples provided are representative only. Actual delivered material may differ in shade or pattern from display samples.
- Dye Lots & Quantities: Tiles and flooring are sold in specific production batches (dye lots). We strongly recommend calculating job dimensions accurately and purchasing 10% to 15% extra material to account for cuts, waste, and future repairs. We cannot guarantee exact dye-lot matches for add-on orders placed at a later date.
- Maintenance & Sealing: As outlined in our Natural Stone Awareness Notice, natural stone products are porous and require proper sealing prior to and after grouting. We are not liable for staining, etching, discoloration, or failure caused by improper sealing or maintenance.
2. Order Cancellation, Returns & Refunds
All returns and cancellations are strictly governed by our Returns and Refund Policy, which includes the following key provisions:
- Inspection Before Installation: INSPECT ALL MATERIAL PRIOR TO INSTALLATION. Once tile, flooring, or cabinets are installed, cut, or altered, they are deemed accepted. Under no circumstances will returns, exchanges, or labor cost reimbursements be granted for installed products.

- Damage & Shortage Reporting:
- Any visible exterior damage or missing items MUST be explicitly noted on the driver’s BOL at delivery.
- Concealed damage or missing parts must be reported in writing with high-resolution photos to

- We are not liable for installer scheduling, job-site delays, contractor labor charges, or damage caused by improper installation practices or faulty job-site preparation.
